American Church Group of Colorado

Ministry Boot Camp

The breakout sessions will focus on the unique challenges that every ministry faces—from learning about and complying with the ever-changing landscape of HR requirements to security best practices, including de-escalation and threat awareness. In the afternoon, we will bring everyone back together to take an eye-opening deep dive into child safety and abuse prevention. This is an event that you and your team can’t afford to miss!

Workshop topics will include:

  • Ministry HR including ever-changing laws and regulations pertaining to your state
  • Security Training including de-escalation tactics
  • Abuse Prevention including claims statistics and spotting predatory behavior
